Oregon’s all-time winningest soccer coach has coached her last for the Ducks. Oregon will not renew the contract of head coach Tara Erickson, athletic director Rob Mullens announced Sunday.

Erickson has been the Ducks’ coach since 2005 and was the Pac-10 Coach of the Year in 2006, but the Ducks have struggled in a very competitive conference and have finished the last four seasons with losing records. For her career, Erickson went 70-71-18 and 20-46-10 in conference play.

The athletic department says it will begin a nationwide search to find her replacement. The search committee will be chaired by senior associate athletic director and senior women’s administrator Lisa Peterson.
