If he were elected as a President, he would be the one to open a Swiss account and let the people’s money trapped there after his pathetic death. that’s just straight up bull!!!!!!! governments and public institutions are full of crap, they don’t care about those people of gabon, i made some research and it didn’t take me long to find out the government there is corrupted to the bone. How can UO accept funding from gabon when their own people dont’ even get a bite of their own oil money. Shame!!!!! that’s why i hate politicians, they’re all the same and they can go f*ck themselves for all i care!!!

I can’t imagine University of Oregon proudly accepting $20 millions from a country with a dictator as president and where infants die because of lack of heath care while Bongo family spend millions in luxurous cars and villas! U of O should be ashamed! They pretend to help Gabon with their Ph D program, but we know well enough that all you are doing is helping a dictator keeps ruining the country and starving people of Gabon. Shame on U of Oregon!

This story is a disgrace. How could you pretend to rationalize the tranfer of wealth from a poor country to a PUBLIC university in the world’s most advanced economy? Run the numbers and see how many jobs US$20 million can create in Gabon RIGHT NOW. Pure shame!
