The Casanova Center, along with a few other facilities at Autzen Stadium, have been going through some pretty major renovations as of late. The $68 million facilities contain everything from new locker rooms for players to offices for athletic department officials and press conference rooms. The photos below have all been provided by GoDucks.com and were taken by Eric Evans.

This is gross. The ostentatious luxury of it is sad when we have students struggling to make ends meet.

  • Mike

  • UOStudent

  • Nemo

All paid for with sweatshop labor.

So will any women be allowed into this place other than food service workers and housekeepers?

  • technoreaper

Absolutely insane that anyone can say players don’t deserve compensation when they’re blowing money on facilities like this.

  • MH

Some people really think that the University would pay for this building?

  • Oregon is Off the Hook!!

Like Alabama, Ohio state won’t follow suit? Please let them enjoy state of the art facility. Jealousy is so not attractive………

  • Ayax Alvarado

Times are generally hard. Think this is exactly what you obtain whenever you shell out young children peanuts to generate the jogging sneakers.

Funded with private money and these facilities are part of player compensation. One person’s ostentatious luxury is another person’s functional quality.
