Raw video: Byron Marshall didn’t know Mariota was going to be on the Late Show

After being named the 80th Heisman trophy winner, Marcus Mariota has since appeared on the Dan Patrick Show and is set to appear on the Late Show with David Letterman tonight at 11:30 p.m. PST. How many of his teammates knew? Not many. Among the many who didn’t know that Mariota was going to sit across from Letterman was Byron Marshall.
In addition to mentioning his reaction to Mariota winning the Heisman, Marshall also provided some early insight into how Oregon was going to prepare for their New Years Day Rose Bowl matchup with defending National Champions Florida State.
