Why are you attending University of Oregon?
University of Oregon is the number one school for sustainable design in architecture.
How/why do you want to change the world?
I would like to change the world by positively affecting people through my leadership and experience. Throughout my life, I have been blessed with many opportunities and I hope to continue to give back to the people and community around me.
What has been the best part of your college experience?
The national conferences that I have been able to attend through the organizations in which I am involved in. Meeting students from all over the country with the same interest and drive is an amazing opportunity.
What are you proud to have been involved with at UO?
The amazing organizations like AIAS, ASHRAE, and Sigma Nu.
What are some of your goals after college?
I would like to become a licensed architect within four years of graduating and immediately get involved in the community that I live in.
Who’s your biggest role model/influencer?
Alison Kwok, an architecture professor, has pushed me academically to be the best that I can be. All of Sigma Nu has shaped me to become who I am. They have kept me accountable and pushed me to continue to strive as an individual.
