Video: Interview with creators of Bad Exorcists

The Emerald interviewed University of Oregon alumni Kyle Steinbach, Zach Shivers and Louie Sloss about their new feature-length movie, Bad Exorcists that premiers on Monday at the Cinema Pacific Film Festival. They shared their insights on how they made Bad Exorcists happen and what one needs to do to start making movies. Bad Exorcists was a success at Cinequest and the Phoenix Film Festival. UO Students can go to the exclusive screening of Bad Exorcists on Monday at 6 p.m. in Straub Hall. To learn more about this movie, check out the official website or the teaser trailer.

Cascades Raptor Center trainer Carrie Lorenz brings Taka, a Swainson’s Hawk, out of their enclosure. Taka was taken into human care as an adult at UC Davis’s Veterinary School’s Raptor Center back in 2001. Taka came to the Cascades Raptor Center in April of 2003, joining their ambassador team.
