– At the Oregon Twilight, Oregon recruit Matthew Maton became the sixth high schooler ever to run a sub four minute mile with a 3:59.38. Oregon seniors Eric Jenkins and Will Geoghegan, made the list of sub-four runners as well, with Jenkins winning the race.
– Oregon softball became the Pac-12 champions for the third consecutive year after they run-ruled Arizona 15-7 in five innings.
– Baseball brought in a win over Washington State, 7-2. And Mitchell Tolman became Oregon’s all-time leader in RBI with 120.
– Oregon track and field celebrated their senior’s at their final home meet the Oregon Twilight. Ashton Eaton and his wife Brianne Theisen-Eaton both competed at the meet. Eaton in the 400 meters and Theisen-Eaton in the long jump.
– Women’s golf finished eighth in NCAA regionals with the lowest three-day score in school history, for a for a tournament total of 865 tournament total.
– Ducks who did not compete in the Twilight competed in the Pac-12 Multi Championships in Los Angeles with a fourth place finish in the heptathlon from freshman Ashlee Moore.
– On Thursday, No. 2 Oregon softball will play BYU to start the Regionals for the Ducks.
– Up next for baseball, the Ducks will host Gonzaga on Tuesday, May 12 at PK Park.
– Men’s Golf will compete in the NCAA Regionals beginning Thursday, May 14 in Noblesville, Indiana.
