On October 4th, 2015 at 8pm, a candlelight vigil was held at Alton Baker Park in Eugene, Oregon near the University of Oregon campus. The candlelight vigil was organized by two Roseburg natives living in Lane County named Lisa Sweely and Tabatha Brown. The vigil had a gathering on over 50 people, including the brother of one victim who remains in the Sacred Heart hospital in Eugene.
