At the Eugene Mailbox Center, a nightly “thumping bass” has been heard starting at 8:30 p.m. and continuing until 4:00 a.m., according to the caller. The caller was about 30-40 yards away and didn’t know if it was a party or just the residents.

Debris was spotted in both lanes of the eastbound Delta Highway. Two mattresses with box springs were seen by one caller, while another reported four mattresses.
Intoxicated subject

A woman was in the Taco Bell @@i added taco bell because without it, this blot makes no sense@@bathroom, threatening to cut her nose off because she has cancer. She appeared very intoxicated and did not appear to have a knife. She left the bathroom and proceeded to sit in the lobby and eat food.

Two juvenile females inside the store opened three bottles of nail polish and dumped them all over racks of products. The caller was still finding damaged areas of the store, allegedly caused by the same two girls.

The caller was filing a “citizen report” against a group of individuals dressed all in black.
Menacing
East 30th Avenue and Agate Street
March 4, 10:49 a.m.
A male subject cut a tree limb over a bike path, almost hitting a female cyclist. The man then started to follow her with a chainsaw, running behind her and waving the chainsaw, saying “I’m going to cut you up with my chainsaw, you bitch!”@@lol!@@
