The caller heard someone trying to get into the mail slot near the front door. He reported hearing a cat meowing approximately 30 minutes before the noise at the mail slot. He also requested officers come to his house and approach the door near the mail slot.

The caller found the property garbage cans tagged with graffiti and feces left on the back porch.

Someone threw a water balloon off a balcony and shattered the caller’s windshield.

March 18, 1:14 a.m.
A group of people were reportedly running up and down the stairs in the courtyard, beating on the doors of a complex.

March 18, 1:48 a.m.
A male came and stole a chair from the caller’s porch. The caller chased him down and got it back before the suspect came and threw a TV against the caller’s glass door. There was minor damage.

Bell Avenue and Sierra Street
March 18, 10:13 a.m.
A thin, white male with a long-sleeved red sweatshirt, grey sweats and a red Santa hat was seen walking past the caller’s house four times. The caller was concerned that the man was staking out the house. He ended up at the Fairfield Elementary School@@http://www.bethel.k12.or.us/@@ by the playground and had been in the caller’s neighbor’s front yard.

March 18, 11:22 a.m.
A stray dog was seen running around the area with a leash on. The caller suspected that the dog killed an area cat. According to the caller, a neighbor grabbed the dog’s leash, while “everyone” was outside.
