Monday kicks off the first day of ASUO Elections 2012. This week will be the primary elections, so candidates can start campaigning for their slates starting Monday at 9 a.m. They will gather around the EMU to pass out pamphlets and fliers explaining their positions on the issues.
On Tuesday, there will be a candidate debate in the Walnut Room in the EMU, where mostly candidates for Executive positions will be discussing important issues. There will also be another debate during general elections on April 10.
All students can attend any of the debates and are encouraged to vote on DuckWeb. The polls for week one close Friday at 5 p.m.
Following the week of primary elections marks the beginning of the general elections. Students can vote on this until 5 p.m. on Friday, April 13.
