Six to seven unknown subjects were in the back alley of the restaurant. A couple was “sporadically” yelling at each other, while another male was in the newspaper recycling box.

Overnight, an external bone stimulator was taken. There was no suspect information.

The caller suspected that a Netflix DVD was stolen from their mailbox. The caller placed the DVD in the mailbox the night before, noticed the flag on the box was still up in the morning but saw that the mailbox was empty.
Criminal mischief
32nd Ave and Ferry St.
March 31, 4:26 p.m.
Two teenage girls were seen taking apart a fire hydrant. They did not appear to have any tools. One of the females had the cap of the fire hydrant her in pocket, but later put it back on. The caller reported the hydrant looked “put back together.”
Theft
Southtowne Lanes Bowling Center
2486 Willamette St.
March 31, 5:14 p.m.
The caller reported his bowling ball stolen from the center, which was hosting a bowling tournament. The suspect took the ball with him when he was leaving, 30 minutes previous to the call. The caller asked the suspect about the ball, which prompted the suspect to run off with the ball.
