A caller reported a teenager dressed in all black running back and forth repeatedly across the intersection. The caller believed the subject to be on drugs.

A man was seen in the food section of the Saturday Market openly carrying a knife. He was not seen threatening anyone but walking through crowded areas with it. Several subjects were seen in the area with knives.

A 78-year-old woman was reported pulling residents of the South Towne Living Center@@http://www.southtownecare.com/@@ out of their beds and putting them in wheelchairs. She then used the wheelchairs to try to break down doors and windows.

A lost wallet was turned in. The wallet had several different male and female identification cards inside.
