Callers reported an intoxicated female attempting to add and remove parts from her vehicle in order to get the car running. Upon starting the vehicle, she hit multiple trash and recycling containers.

An unknown male entered the caller’s apartment early Friday morning. The intoxicated male proceeded to yell at the occupants, use the bathroom and leave immediately after.

Two middle-aged males were seen sitting on a pile of wood chips in the street while heavily intoxicated. They spent their time on the pile harassing bypassing students for beer and cigarettes. Police arrival promptly broke up their bids for substances.

The caller reported a man with a mohawk chasing another man around a parking lot with an 18-inch crescent wrench.

Two subjects were seen dropping water balloons from a second- or third-story apartment window on pedestrians and vehicles below. The suspects were not found.
