The Ducks shot a 20-over 308 in the opening round at Ohio State Scarlet Course in Columbus, Ohio, tying with both No. 27 Virginia and No. 10 Vanderbilt. Freshman Cassy Isagawa led the way for Oregon with a three-over 75 on the day, tying for 19th overall. Following close behind was junior Cheyenne Hickle, whose five-over 77 tied for 34th overall, while freshman Cali Hipp and sophomore Raphaela Dyer tied for 42nd overall with six-over 78s. With No. 3 USC at the top of the leaderboard, No. 9 Georgia follows just a stroke behind with an 11-over 299.
