For three days, the Ducks are at the 5,912-yard, par-71 course, competing against 10 top-25 teams from around the nation. So far, No. 1 UCLA has validated its preseason expectations by shooting a combined two-over 570, 18 strokes better than its closest competitor, No. 4 USC (20-over 588).
No. 34 Pepperdine (24-over 592), No. 18 Duke (26-over 594), No. 8 Arizona State (29-over 597) rounded out the top 5.
For Oregon, freshman Cali Hipp shot a 3-over 74, while senior Ashley Edwards shot a second-consecutive 6-over 77. Sophomore Raphaela Dyer shot an 8-over 79. Junior Cheyenne Hickle finished with an 18-over 89.
