The Eugene Police Department’s downtown team took Christopher Franklin Weaver, 33, into custody earlier today after matching him to a suspect description earlier Thursday. According to a press release, EPD received reports of a robbery in progress at the Pacific Continental Bank at 1450 High St. at 11:55 a.m.
Weaver is being held at the Lane County Jail on federal hold for bank robbery.
