The No. 6 Oregon Duck’s volleyball team begins its postseason run at Matthew Knight Arena Friday night and will host the Northern Colorado Bears.
The Ducks — boasting a number five seed in the NCAA tournament — find themselves hosting postseason tournament play for the first time since 1986.
Oregon is also coming off of a record-setting regular season where they won the most games since the conference started playing volleyball over 25 years ago. The Ducks will play at 8 p.m. If they are victorious over the Bears, they will play Saturday night as well.

Tyrann Mathieu, more commonly known as the “Honey Badger“, announced he will enter this spring’s NFL Draft.
Incredibly-talented-but-often-in-trouble Mathieu was a standout defensive back and punt returner for Les Miles and the LSU Tigers before several run-ins with the law led to his dismissal from the program.
While this Tiger is attempting to find greener pastures in the NFL, Miles will be not be following suit. The Mad Hatter signed a seven-year extension that will keep him roaming around in Baton Rouge through 2019.
