Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals rules in favor of conservative OSU student newspaper

The United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit ruled in favor of the Oregon State Student Alliance after a case which involved the Oregon State University administration kicking the Liberty, a conservative student newspaper, off campus during winter term of 2008-09, according to The Foundation for Individual Rights in Education.@@checked link@@
The complaint regards employees in OSU’s Facilities Department who dumped Liberty news bins in a garbage pile within a store yard.
