Carlene Ho candlelight vigil moved to Panda Park on Sunday

The candlelight vigil for 21-year-old University student Carlene Ho, who drowned Sept. 17 in a Klamath County lake, has been moved from Hendricks Park to Panda Park on Sunday at 8 p.m., according to the Facebook event.
Those who plan to attend are encouraged to bring candles and photos of Ho.
