City Council to meet on proposed EmX expansion

The Eugene City Council will meet Wednesday for a work session on the proposed EmX expansion to West 11th Avenue.
The ASUO has repeatedly backed the expansion, citing the daily use of EmX by University students.
“(ASUO) expresses support for the West Eugene EmX Extension and urges the Eugene City Council, the LTD Board of Directors and the Metropolitan Policy Committee to approve the extension,” read an ASUO resolution in support of the west Eugene EmX extension.
