A major aspect of Oregon’s success this season has been the myriad players who can contribute points to the Ducks’ offense, averaging over 50 points per game this season (second in the nation). To do so, the Ducks rely on an incredibly deep, dynamic roster filled with many players who can fill more than a traditional position on the field. From Bryan Bennett’s quarterback-to-quarterback pass to Marcus Mariota during the ASU game to tight end Colt Lyerla@@checked all names@@ finding the endzone against Cal, a reliance on no single player for the brunt of Oregon’s offense has posed a threat to opposing teams all season, as a host of Duck players must be considered threats whenever they line up on the offensive, no matter the position.
