We local organic farmers are writing to give our support to Holy Cow, which wants to maintain the lease for its café at the EMU. Holy Cow has been a forerunner and leader for local sustainability for more than a decade. We know this because they purchase the produce that we grow on our farms. With this produce they masterfully create the nutritious and delicious meals that they feed our community. Their determination to educate our local community is evident in their values and actions. Before sustainability and buying local was popular, they were strong supporters of this movement. Thank you Holy Cow for your good work. We encourage the EMU and all of our community to support them. We are in this together.
