The No. 27 Oregon women’s golf team finished in 12th place at the Stanford Intercollegiate tournament Sunday, falling one spot from its final place a day earlier. The Ducks were led by senior Cathryn Bristow, a week after the New Zealand native played in the World Amateur Team Championships, and shot an even-par 71 on the third day of competition, which was held in Palo Alto, Calif. Sophomore Kendra Little also fired a 71 to tie with Bristow for 21st place overall. The pair had started the day tied for 30th place. In the 16-team field, the Ducks beat Pac-10 teams Oregon State and Washington with a score of 25 over par. UCLA won the event by shooting 8-under par for the tournament, beating Southern California by three strokes.
