Though the rain flooded a large portion of East 15th Avenue between Agate and University Streets on Tuesday, it didn’t slow one student’s ride to class.

Oregon volleyball setter August Raskie shines both on and off the court for her athletic prowess and her artistic sense of creativity that makes her who she is.
