Ward 3 City Council candidate Bruce Mulligan to speak on campus

Ward 3 City Council candidate Bruce Mulligan will be on campus today answering students’ questions from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the EMU Amphitheater.
Mulligan will discuss his commitment to providing basic healthcare services, his plans to pursue the possible construction of a new University basketball arena and an I-5 interchange at Franklin Boulevard, according to a press release.
