Video: HIV needle exchange

The HIV Alliance has a local needle exchange program in Eugene. The program provides injection drug users with clean needles, in exchange for old, dirty ones. The Emerald looks into the people the program benefits and what the challenges they face.

Oregon volleyball setter August Raskie shines both on and off the court for her athletic prowess and her artistic sense of creativity that makes her who she is.
