True Blue; get the students’ opinion and voice heard in ASUO. Specifically, get students’ voices heard in gym. True Blue is really just here for the students.
What qualities and experience qualify you to be on the SRC Advisory Board?
Active person, involved in sports. Sophomore. Uses Rec Center a minimum of three times a week. Crew team. Knows concerns of gym users. If I get elected, I’ll find out how things are.
How will you gauge the concerns of average students and ensure that they are addressed?
I’ll learn it as I go. It will be first political position, going to learn from it.
What are the biggest issues facing the Rec Center and how should they be handled?
Cardio machines. People want to use them for more than 30 minutes. Crowded weight rooms during busy hours, should be expanded. Needs jacuzzi or sauna. Budget.
