Briefly explain your platform.
EMU is a huge burden on students, pride-and-joy of the University, incredibly outdated. Students have to pay out of pocket for this leaking system. Rennovate things.
What qualities and experience qualify you to be an ASUO senator?
High school student senate, debate team, editor-in-chief of high school paper, underclassman, average student.
What are your thoughts on the purpose and size of the student incidental fee?
Pretty steep, in some areas necessary. Reduce growth. Huge portion goes to energy of EMU. A lot of huge things that can be avoided. Appropriation is unfair, can limit it. It’s skyrocketing.
What steps would you take to relieve the financial pressures on the EMU?
Putting in new panels, doors will pay for itself in seven years. Would put in more windows, doors, add more square footage for more revenue.
How would you change the EMU to better serve students?
More retail areas, more, faster food.
