Incident: Suspicious condition(s) Location: 689 W. 13th Ave. When: Friday, April 17 Time: 7:28 a.m. What: A caller reported two suspects, a male and female, in the crawl space of his or her apartment. The caller believed the suspects gained access to the crawl space using a key to one of the next-door apartments.
Incident: Suspicious condition(s) Location: Almaden Street and West 6th Avenue When: Friday, April 17 Time: 8:23 a.m. What: Standing in front of a house under construction, a caller saw shoes, pants and a shirt over what reportedly appeared to be a real head hanging by the neck.
Incident: Assault Location: 4900 Royal Ave. When: Friday, April 17 Time: 1:14 p.m. What: A caller reported that a male suspect lunged and threw chemical containers at her. The caller, who’s willing to press charges, said the suspect lives across the street from her.
Incident: Criminal mischief Location: 1699 N. Terry St. When: Friday, April 17 Time: 2:48 p.m. What: A suspect poured hydrogen peroxide over the caller’s television and two Comcast DVRs. The caller wants to press charges.
Incident: Loud noise Location: Mission Avenue and Van Ness Street When: Saturday, April 18 Time: 12:09 a.m. What: A caller reported a group of 25 to 30 people yelling and talking loudly. About 10 of the people, the caller said, were throwing around what appeared to be a lit torch.
