Oregon women’s golf finished the first day of the NCAA West Regional in Tempe, Ariz., tied for 13th out of 21 teams.
The Ducks shot 11-over par, 299 overall, in the first of three rounds, with Cathryn Bristow leading the Ducks with an even-par 72 that tied for 17th place.
Felicia Eastick and Kendra Little tied with a 2-over 74 for 44th place, and Ashley Edwards and Katie Hildahl shot 79 and 84 to round out Oregon’s scoring players.
The regional is Oregon’s 14th in school history.
Host Arizona State leads the tournament with a score of 15-under, 15 strokes ahead of second place Arizona, Texas and Texas A&M.
