Incident: Fraud
Location: 2165 W. 27th Ave.
When: Friday, Nov. 27
Time: 12:48 p.m.
What: While getting a credit report, a caller found out someone had been using his credit cards via his social security number. He tried reporting with the San Antonio Police Department, where the spending took place, but the police there referred him to Eugene first.
Incident: Dispute
Location: River Road and Maxwell Road
When: Friday, Nov. 27
Time: 2:44 p.m.
What: Four males in three different cars — a silver Honda hatchback, a silver Honda Accord and a white Ford Mustang — got out of their cars in the middle of traffic and started yelling at each other. The drivers had been spinning their tires at another intersection and cutting in front of each other and slamming on the brakes.

Time: 3:40 p.m.
What: A man with a shaved head and a large scab next to his right eye stole various meat products from Albertsons. The caller said the man rode away on a BMX bike, which he often rides around the area and in front of the store.

When: Friday, Nov. 27
Time: 6:31 p.m.
What: A caller reported that a large white car was parked on the train tracks and a train was about to approach.

Location: 1020 Green Acres Rd., Suite 3
When: Friday, Nov. 27
Time: 6:59 p.m.
What: A man walked into Jasper’s Deli Delta, took the tip jar from the counter and drove off in a small sedan with California license plates. The caller could only glimpse half the numbers and letters on the license plate.

Location: Crest Drive and Willamette Street
When: Friday, Nov. 27
Time: 7:58 p.m.
What: Someone in a green sedan was following the driver of a white car and honking the horn at Papa’s Pizza, but the driver of the white car hit a dead end on Willamette Street and couldn’t see the car any longer. The driver then went to Capella Market and told employees to hide in the bathroom, but employees didn’t comply. The driver was calmer after losing sight of the chasing car at 25th Avenue and Oak Street.

Location: 987 Pearl St.
When: Saturday, Nov. 28
Time: 6:18 a.m.
What: A caller reported someone walking into a gray bus-style van, and the caller did not believe he was a bus driver. The caller later called and said the person inside the van had missed his bus home, and the caller agreed to drive him to Salem.
