Incident: Disorderly Subjects
Location: 99 E. Broadway
When: Friday, Nov. 20
Time: 12:20 p.m.
What: Eight protesters were seen approaching customers in a store parking lot while carrying a casket.
Incident: Loud Noise
Location: 1875 Alder St.
When: Friday, Nov. 20
Time: 10:47 p.m.
What: A caller reported a group of college students, all apparently intoxicated, hanging from their balcony and screaming at passersby.
Incident: Suspicious Conditions
Location: Norkenzie Road and Inglewood Avenue
When: Saturday, Nov. 21
Time: 12:47 a.m.
What: Two men were seen lifting an unconscious woman into their Volvo. One of the men kept screaming that the woman was dead, and the observer was unable to tell if the limp woman had any obvious injuries.
Incident: Dispute
Location: Edgewood Drive and Lone Oak Way
When: Saturday, Nov. 21
Time: 2:55 a.m.
What: A resident reported a dispute in the apartment above, hearing glass break and a man saying, “I didn’t hit you that hard.” The caller was too afraid to go outside to investigate further.
Incident: Harassment
Location: 1053 W. Fourth Ave.
When: Saturday, Nov. 21
Time: 10:45 a.m.
What: An apartment complex handyman was reported chasing after a resident multiple times while the resident was putting the garbage out.
Incident: Prowlers
Where: 1750 W. 13th Ave.
When: Saturday, Nov. 21
Time: 11:45 p.m.
What: A caller told police that his dog was growling suspiciously at the door, making the caller uncomfortable. While the caller had not heard anything himself, he refused to look outside.
Incident: Dispute
Where: East 18th Avenue and Agate Street
When: Sunday, Nov. 22
Time: 1:34 a.m.
What: A man and a woman who were heard fighting on the ground. The caller said he heard the male yelling, “You ran away from me and we were having a good time.” The woman was heard crying as the man continuously hit something, possibly the mailbox, the caller said. The male then pulled the mailboxes out of the ground and began throwing them and the mail inside them around.
Incident: Menacing
Where: East 8th Avenue and Willamette Street
When: Sunday, Nov. 22
Time: 1:53 a.m.
What: A man was seen in a parking lot behind John Henry’s with a pistol, and as he ran along East 8th Avenue he pointed the gun at more than one person. The man then got into a black Ford Taurus that later stopped and parked in the US Bank parking lot. When police arrived, the black car was empty and they couldn’t find the man inside John Henry’s.
