Incident: Suspicious Subjects
Location: 100 Coburg Road
When: Friday, Nov. 13
Time: 7:23 p.m.
What: Three men reportedly stopped cars in parking lots, asking women to roll down their windows and tell them if they liked women’s fragrances in an attempt to sell products.
Incident: Shots Fired
Location: 2490 Lawrence St.
When: Friday, Nov. 13
Time: 9:39 p.m.
What: Six gunshots were heard coming from a water storage reservoir. Silence followed until the caller was on the phone with emergency response teams, when more shots were fired. The shooter fled the scene.
Incident: Disorderly Subjects
Location: 1448 Hilyard St.
When: Saturday, Nov. 14
Time: 2:19 a.m.
What: A caller reported four males throwing beer bottles at his truck. The men continued to throw bottles, fleeing just before police arrived on the scene.
Incident: Animal at Large
Location: Division Avenue and Beltline Road
When: Saturday, Nov. 14
Time: 10:51 a.m.
What: A local resident saw a horse being chased by its owner. The caller reported many tried to stop the horse, but it paid no attention to their attempts.
Incident: Illegal Burning
Location: Emerald Valley BMX Track, 2715 Leo Harris Parkway
When: Sunday, Nov. 15
Time: 7:17 a.m.
What: A fire, supposedly being used for warmth, had been built under the bleachers at Emerald Valley BMX track, a caller told police. The fire was extinguished because the bleachers were made out of wood and grass surrounded the area.
