Description: A caller heard a funny noise outside of her house. She found a man pulling the metal fencing out of her yard and putting it in his truck. The suspect told the caller that he was going to recycle the metal, but put it back when the caller asked him to stop.
Incident: Assault
When: Friday, Oct. 2, 2:46 p.m.
Location: Shell Gas Station, 1080 W. 7th Ave.
Description: A caller reported that a man in his late thirties threw a toy car at her after she asked him to leave the location.
Incident: Traffic hazard
When: Saturday, Oct. 3, 12:06 p.m.
Location: Beltline Road and Royal Avenue
Description: A caller reported that a Honey Bucket truck was losing its contents.
Incident: Dispute
When: Saturday, Oct. 3, 8:33 p.m.
Location: 555 Tyler St.
Description: A drunk male called police saying that a female struck him. In the background a female was yelling, “You hit me first so I hit you … you know I love you.”
Incident: Disorderly subject
Time: Saturday, Oct. 3, 8:44 p.m.
Location: East 14th Alley and Pearl Alley
Description: A caller reported to police that a male was outside yelling about religion for an hour at people passing by.
Incident: Drunk driver
When: Sunday Oct. 4, 12:29 a.m.
Location: Wendy’s, 1895 Franklin Blvd.
Description: Workers reported that a male suspect tried three times to get through the drive-through window and was unable to order his food properly.
