Description: A man woke up from sleeping on the grass at a nearby apartment complex to find two men going through his belongings. The caller said his cell phone was among the things they took.

Description: A man refused to leave an emergency room at Sacred Heart’s Oregon Heart & Vascular Institute, spitting and throwing things, according to a caller.

Description: A white Toyota and green Nissan drove through a barricade early in the morning and parked in the main parking lot. Despite rental staff announcing license plate numbers for the cars repeatedly over the loudspeaker, they were not claimed.

Description: A caller said a fight broke out between two men, one of whom was not wearing a shirt, after the one with a shirt wrecked his motor scooter. The caller later said the two were probably just playfully roughhousing.

Description: A caller said a car on Praslin had burst into flames two feet high after someone set off fireworks.

Description: A caller said a man at a bus stop across from Albertson’s had offered him marijuana for a cup of coffee. When the caller declined, he said the man threatened him.
