
The World’s Easiest Gingerbread Cookies

Ingredients:
1 box of spice cake mix (Betty Crocker, Duncan Hines, etc.)½ cup room temperature butter1 chilled eggIcing or chocolate for decoratingMini M&Ms or red hots for decorating
Recipe:
Sift the boxed cake mix to get rid of flour lumps.Mix the egg and butter in a bowl until completely combined.Add the sifted cake mix to the wet mixture.Mix until the batter becomes crumbly. Do not add any extra moisture.Roll out the dough.Use cookie cutters to create the gingerbread man (or any other) shape.Bake at 350 degrees for 6-8 minutes or until the edges are slightly brown.Let the cookies cool, then decorate.
