We’ve all felt it: As the term draws to a close, there’s a longing for sunshine that seems to be just out of reach. Instead we get intermittent wind, rain and the occasional sun break. 1) The weather never changes fewer than six times a day.
2) The weather people would always be right if they’d simply describe the weather as “WTF.”
3) You can identify the Californians (umbrellas).
4) Regardless of the crappy weather, clothing may consist of short-shorts and an Oregon T-shirt.
5) For the rest of us, it justifies wearing a Duster (not a trench coat).
6) At least you’re always dressed appropriately for some of the weather.
7) Weather-related bike wipeouts are funny to watch (less funny to be in).
8) We could single-handedly support the waterproofing market.
9) Multiple instances of rain and sun make mowing your lawn a constant endeavor.
10) Camping isn’t really an option without an RV (for the hail) and a poncho for the rest of the day.
