The Ducks surprised a lot of people this season with an outstanding month of February, in which Oregon won four of its seven games and appeared on the brink of a first-round bye in the Pac-10 tournament. Oregon stumbled across the finish line, however, losing its last four games of the year, including a 20-point defeat to Arizona State. The Sun Devils swept the regular season series with the Ducks for the third straight season, with Oregon’s last victory over Arizona State coming on March 6, 2008.

Arizona State has beat Oregon in six straight meetings and will look to extend that streak to seven games on Wednesday. For Sun Devil seniors Ty Abbott, Rihards Kuksiks and Jamelle McMillan, this weekend’s tournament likely marks the end to one of the most successful classes ever to attend Arizona State. The trio has accumulated 80 wins during its time on campus, while the Sun Devils had only won 37 games the four seasons prior to their arrival. Last time out, the Sun Devils sank 16 three-pointers against Oregon on March 3 and wrapped up the season with 17 made three-pointers in a win over Oregon State two nights later.
