The Ducks’ strong opening day was fueled by an impressive performance by senior Jack Dukeminier. The Sheldon High School grad shot a six-under 66, the lowest first-round score of all 74 players. Andrew Vijarro also had a strong opening round for Oregon, shooting a one-under 71. Eugene Wong and Daniel Miernicki both shot 3-over 76 to round out Oregon’s grouping.
