Vicious dog

Caller reported a dog tied up in front of Johnny Ocean’s Grille. The yellow lab attacked the caller’s service dog, and then continued to bark at passersby. The caller was afraid the dog would bite someone. When the owner showed up, she did nothing and tried to leave the situation.

Caller reported that a heavy-set female in a pantsuit with artificially red hair was biting his finger. The caller did not want to file charges against the woman, even though she threatened to bite his finger off.

On the west side of the parking lot, 4-5 cars were spotted drag racing. The caller did not want to approach the subjects, because he was too far away. He could not give any description of the racers.

Nov. 6, 1:37 a.m.
30-40 subjects were on the balcony of an apartment. They appeared to be shouting and shoving. There was a possible dispute starting, but the caller was not sure. Subjects were lighting fireworks and urinating off the balcony.@@This is just a normal night at my house@@
