A blind woman believed she heard someone sleeping on the floor at the foot of the stairs inside her complex. She could hear someone snoring when she walked by. She tried to call out to the subject, but he or she did not respond.

A party bus ran out of gas on the road.

20 people were in a fight near a taco cart. DPS was on scene.

Approximately six turkeys were seen on the side of the road. They were not blocking traffic, but the caller advised that they appeared to be trying to cross the street.
Railroad crossing problem
East 8th Avenue and Hilyard Street
Nov. 19, 4:44 p.m.
A train was stalled on the tracks at the intersection of East 8th Avenue and Hilyard Street where people kept crossing in front of the train to go to the Ducks game. The train was unable to continue due to safety reasons. The train requested assistance to help get people to stay off the track.
