The caller reported a “grunting noise” coming from the west side of the house. The caller was unaware of whether it was a person or an animal.

The suspect stole a weedwacker@@ce@@ and a leaf blower from a construction area at the Shelton McMurphey Johnson house. The caller saw a balding white male run up the hill behind the location and wait for his friend to come pick him up in the woods just off the roadway.

Close to 1460 Oak Patch Rd., traffic cones had been spread out into the street, blocking traffic.

A navy blue Dodge Ram was seen driven by a boy who seemed too young to be driving. Another boy was seen in the backseat. Every time another car drove by, they would duck down.

A “party bus” dropped off a group of at least 30 people with open containers. Some people were getting into cars and driving away while others were loitering around the area. The caller advised there might be a party down the street.
