2-3 subjects heard running on the roof for approximately 2o minutes. Subjects were climbing a tree on the north side of apartment complex to get to the roof.
Criminal mischief
1290 Patterson St.
Oct. 28, 1:23 a.m.
Four windows were sprayed with the words “Meth” and “Frat,” with one word on each window. The complainant believed it occurred sometime during the night around 1 a.m. The complainant was not sure if the windows were permanently damaged.
Disorderly subject
East 16th Avenue and Patterson Street
Oct. 29, 2:18 a.m.
At least 10 subjects were milling around in two or three separate groups comprised of male and female subjects. They were pursuing an exchange of racially charged words. Subjects kept going back and forth among different corners. The caller believed they were underage and were holding open containers.
Theft
1810 Harris St.
Oct. 29, 10:20 a.m.
A purse was stolen out of an apartment during a party. The purse and the keys inside were found in a nearby parking garage, but a cell phone wasn’t recovered. When the complainant called the number of the stolen cell phone, an unknown male answered and said he was going to sell the phone on Craigslist.
Dispute
700 Willamette St.
Oct. 30, 1:19 a.m.
Two females and one male were involved in a dispute with a group of three females on the first floor of the parking garage. The main suspect was a female in her 20s with black hair, dressed in a pirate costume. She kicked the other group’s car in the dispute.
Suspicious conditions
1053 W. 4th Ave
Oct. 30, 11:11 a.m.
Three or four apples were set outside the caller’s apartment sometime during the night. The caller believed the suspect set them there so that she would trip on them. There was no damage or injury, and she did not trip.
