Caller spotted a dog in her backyard. The dog appeared to be killing her chickens. Animal control was paged but was unresponsive for about 15 minutes. By 6:34 p.m., the dog was secured.

Between 18th and 19th avenues, the caller identified approximately seven males playing football in the street. They appeared to be blocking the street and bike paths in the area. The caller approached the subjects, but they refused to move out of the street.@@what a jerk caller@@
Reckless endangering

Caller and friends were walking by an apartment complex when he or she was hit in the face with water balloons filled with used bong water. The caller wanted to file a complaint and was willing to wait outside the complex for assistance.

Large golden retriever puppy was reportedly running in and out of traffic, nipping at pedestrians nearby. The dog did not have tags, and no owner was in sight.
Stop sign down
Kincaid Street and East 20th Avenue
Oct. 8, 10:07 p.m.
Both the stop sign and post are completely missing on the northwest corner.
