ESPN College GameDay returns to Eugene

The ESPN College GameDay crew will produce its weekly college football preview show from the University of Oregon this week when No. 9 Oregon hosts No. 18 Arizona State on Saturday night.@@http://www.goducks.com/ViewArticle.dbml?SPSID=3383&SPID=233&DB_LANG=C&ATCLID=205313635&DB_OEM_ID=500@@
It’s the sixth time the crew of Chris Fowler, Lee Corso, Kirk Herbstreit, Desmond Howard, Erin Andrews and David Pollack have come to Eugene, with their last visit resulting in a 52-31 Oregon win over Stanford last October.
The Ducks are 4-1 when hosting College GameDay, with the lone defeat coming against then-No. 6 Cal in 2007. Other home wins in front of GameDay include a 47-20 victory over USC on Halloween in 2009, a 35-23 win over Arizona State in 2007 and a 29-10 win over UCLA in 2000.
Oregon (4-1, 2-0 Pac-12) and Arizona State (5-1, 3-0) are set for a 7:15 p.m. kickoff.
