Caller woke up to fresh bike tracks in their backyard. Several pairs of new-looking shoes on were on the back patio and bottles of unknown chemicals were found in their backyard.
Loud noise

30 to 40 intoxicated students spilled onto the streets from about three or four parties in the surrounding houses in the area. The entire block was filling up with students.
