For students looking to avoid the week-to-week stress of reserving single-game football tickets, the more secure option of a season ticket package becomes available at 6 p.m. tonight.
A total of 1,500 student season tickets are available for the 2011-12 season, and are available exclusively online at a price of $250. The tickets are distributed strictly on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Purchasers of season tickets will gain access to all seven of Oregon’s home games this season, including matchups with California, Arizona State, USC and Oregon State. Additionally, season ticket-holders will be granted the first chance to buy student tickets to an away game at Washington on Nov. 5.
Oregon’s first home game takes place on Sept. 10 against Nevada.
