Oregon has its first halftime lead in Pac-12 play this season.
The Ducks, who are looking to snap a five-game losing streak, own a 30-14 halftime lead over visiting Arizona State. Oregon benefited from a strong offensive showing from quarterback Justin Herbert and tight end Pharaoh Brown.
The home team scored first on an impressive catch and run by Brown and tacked on three goals.
Before halftime, Aidan Schneider also captured the school record for most consecutive point after attempts in a row. The junior now has 99 straight successful attempts.

— ASU running back Kalen Ballage capped a 6-play, 75-yard drive with a 12-yard touchdown run to tie the score at 7-7.
— Herbert connected with Charles Nelson for a 31-yard touchdown. The Ducks led 14-7.
— Aidan Schneider cleared a 36-yard field goal, giving the Ducks a 17-7 lead.
— ASU quarterback Sterling-Cole recorded his first career touchdown pass, a 1-yard run to cut the Oregon lead to 17-14.
— Schneider clearned his second and third field goals of the game. His two attempts from 37 yards and 30 yards stretched Oregon’s lead to 23-14 before halftime.
— Oregon’s Brown hauled in another catch, his sixth of the game, to step up another touchdown. Brown hauled in a 4-yard pass to give the Ducks a 30-14 lead.
