Oregon Daily Emerald: How will you figure out how to spend the senate surplus?
Overgard: I will listen to all cases presented with an open mind and disperse the surplus proportionately to the most needy and convincing organizations.
Emerald: How will you interact with student groups?
Overgard: I will interact as I regularly do, but with an additional amount of attentiveness as to always be aware of groups in need.
